Who is this competition open to ? Employees in India from Corporates, NGOs and Startups.
What is to be done ?
Submit an original case study, based on primary and secondary research, about one business entity or NGO in India, that has transformed / reinvented itself over time, using Kotter’s 8 Step Change Model. The result of the transformation could be impact on – people, planet or
profit or all.
