Prof John Kotter, The Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership, Emeritus at the Harvard Business School and a graduate of MIT and Harvard, has been the creator of The 8 step Change Model – that has revolutionized organization and personal transformation initiatives across the globe since 1995. Who is this competition open to ? Employees in India from Corporates, NGOs and Startups.

 

What is to be done ?

Submit an original case study, based on primary and secondary research, about one business entity or NGO in India, that has transformed / reinvented itself over time, using Kotter’s 8 Step Change Model. The result of the transformation could be impact on – people, planet or
profit or all.

 

Format of submission – The Executive Summary of 1000 words should be submitted by XXXXX (date), uploaded on www.lightbulb- moments.com

 

Sectors of interest to us – Real Estate & Infrastructure, Healthcare, Quick Commerce, Consumer Products and Goods, Global Capability Centres, Al, Banking & Fintech and Automobiles

Shortlisting – (a) Initial (Top 50 will be shortlisted) (b) Pre Final (Top 5 will be shortlisted) (c) Final (Top 3 will be awarded). Remaining two teams will receive Certificates.
